1. Introduction

Exam1st is The Part of Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association, Bhiwani Haryana India. These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in the Exam1st Scholarship Program at both State and District levels. This is Crowdfunding  Scholarship competition exam platform. By applying, candidates agree to abide by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a permanent resident of Haryana/Delhi/NCR.

  • Age 12 years to 45 years

  • Be enrolled in all types of person (Student/Non-student/ employee/non-employee).

  • Be within the age group and academic class/standard specified for the program.

  • Fulfill income criteria (if applicable) as set by the scholarship authority.

  • Apply under the correct category – State Level or District Level – as per eligibility.

3. Application Process

  • All applications must be submitted online through the official website.

  • Student registration fees is 125/-. This fees is a Donation Ammount in Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association, Bhiwani.  
  • Go > exam1st.in > Home Page > Sign Up > Pay Redg. Fee > Complete > Check Your Email.
  • Registration fess is 125/- (Non Refundable). This fees is Donation in Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association, Bhiwani.

  • Only complete applications with all required documents will be considered.

  • Documents may include:

    • Recent passport-size photograph

    • Identity proof

    • Residence proof

    • Mark sheets of the last qualifying examination

    • Caste certificate (if applicable)

  • Deadline for submission must be strictly followed. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Selection Process

  • District Level: Selection will be based on merit NGO committee.

  • State Level: Top-performing students from each district will qualify for consideration at the state level.

  • Exam1st is organize a competition exam after complete the registration on exam1st.in.
  • Exam1st is show result of competition exam.
  • The exam date is coming soon.

  • The final decision will be made by the Scholarship Selection Board and will be binding.

5. Scholarship Benefits

  • Scholarship amounts may vary based on academic level, category, and available funds.

  • Benefits may include financial aid, certificates of excellence, or additional mentoring support.

6. Disqualification

An applicant may be disqualified if:

  • Any false information is submitted.

  • There is any attempt to influence the selection process.

  • Required documents are found to be forged or invalid.

  • The student violates any academic or behavioral guidelines.

7. Disbursement of Funds

  • Scholarship amounts will be credited directly to the bank account of the selected students.

  • Applicants must ensure the bank details provided are correct and in the applicant’s name.

8. Rights Reserved

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the program at any stage without prior notice.

  • Decisions made by the committee are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Data Usage

  • Applicant information will be used solely for scholarship purposes.

  • The organization will not sell or misuse personal data in any way.

10. Grievance Redressal

  • Any grievances can be submitted via the official Contact Us form or emailed to [support@exam1st.in].

  • All complaints must be raised within 10 days of result declaration.
