1. Non-Refundable Products and Services

All purchases made on Exam1st, including but not limited to:

  • Online mock tests
  • Study materials
  • Digital downloads
  • Online courses
  • Memberships or subscriptions

are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Please read the description and details of the product/service before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:

  • You have been charged more than once for the same service.
  • The service was not delivered as promised due to a technical fault from our end.
  • A failed transaction resulted in your account being debited without successful access to the product/service.

In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 2 days of the transaction date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only in applicable cases), email us at support@exam1st.in with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Request

Once verified, if eligible, your refund will be processed within 0-3 working days to your original mode of payment.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you:

  • Change your mind after purchase
  • No longer wish to continue the course/service
  • Purchase by mistake and access the material
