1. Non-Refundable Products and Services
All purchases made on Exam1st, including but not limited to:
- Online mock tests
- Study materials
- Digital downloads
- Online courses
- Memberships or subscriptions
are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Please read the description and details of the product/service before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
- You have been charged more than once for the same service.
- The service was not delivered as promised due to a technical fault from our end.
- A failed transaction resulted in your account being debited without successful access to the product/service.
In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 2 days of the transaction date.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
